Conor traded in a career in finance to open farm to fork chicken shop, Mad Egg in early 2018. Mad Egg went on to become one of Ireland's fastest growing independent restaurant brands all while maintaining a 25% EBITDA. Disillusioned with the quality of the technology available to help Mad Egg run and scale operations effectively, Conor founded Nory. His mission was to build the restaurant management system he wished he had while growing his business. A system that pulled the businesses operations together and worked with its users to help them make the best operational decisions day in and day out. Giving restaurant teams both the power to perform and their time back to focus on their people and customers.
