With over 35 years’ experience in Hospitality, Tracy has held senior roles at the sharp end of operations, performance analysis, systems implementation and management. She was appointed to the current role in July 2019, and manages a team focused on delivering lessee training that improves lessee sustainability. Prior to that she spent 5 years at Greene King as a BDM and was for 20 years at Mitchells & Butlers working across Crown Carveries, High Street Brands, Harvester and more, in implementation and team leader roles.
