Rob has a 28 year career in IT, from several years as Head of IT at Luminar PLC, to owning IT solutions businesses, then joining Brasserie Bar Co, now Heartwood Collection, in 2012. The group is on target to grow to 60 pubs, including 500 bedrooms in 2027.
