Nicki was appointed people director at Franco Manca and the Real Greek in September last year. Prior to that, she talent and culture manager and subsequently People Director at Marugame Udon Europe. In her earlier career she was in senior recruitment roles at Tortilla, becoming head of People, and spent thirteen years at The Restaurant Group, in restaurant management and recruitment. Nicki is a proud Arsenal fan, vinyl collector and most of all, is passionate about helping people achieve their potential.
