Jerome Laredo is Co-founder and President of Deliverect, the intelligent commerce platform for restaurants and retail. Since co-founding the company in 2018, he has led its go-to-market strategy and global expansion, building it into a platform serving more than 100,000 committed locations worldwide, powering over 1.6 billion orders to date and trusted by brands such as KFC, Burger King, Papa John's, Taco Bell and Asda. Deliverect connects digital ordering channels directly to in-store operations and, through AI-driven innovation, helps operators anticipate demand, recover lost revenue and grow smarter at scale, laying the foundations for agentic commerce. Jerome brings more than two decades of experience in SaaS, go-to-market strategy and revenue leadership across Europe, Asia and North America. Before Deliverect, he was Senior Vice President at Lightspeed Commerce with responsibility for EMEA and Asia, and CEO for Asia-Pacific at Atex Group, based in Singapore. Earlier in his career he held senior sales and regional leadership roles at eGain, Softlink, Nstein Technologies and Ixiasoft. Jerome holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Ottawa and a Master's in International Business from HEC Montréal.
